What they say about us

Valérie
Hydrotherapy Liability Manager
Thalazur Arcachon
The wellness industry is fascinating, and what I enjoy most is working with spa guests to provide them with treatments that are perfectly in tune with their expectations. My greatest satisfaction is to see them arrive stressed for their treatments and leave relaxed! I love managing my team, and management trusts me to make autonomous decisions and suggest internal developments.
Camille
Housekeeper
Renaissance Bordeaux
I took part in the opening of this establishment in April 2021, which was a real challenge! We succeeded in meeting this challenge, with our teams eager and motivated to join this wonderful establishment. I love my job: the diversity of the tasks I perform on a day-to-day basis is what really motivates me. I’m looking forward to developing my career as an Accommodation Manager. The icing on the cake: working in the heart of Bordeaux and walking there every morning!
Lucile
Sales Manager
Renaissance Bordeaux & Moxy Bordeaux
” What I like is getting to meet people of different nationalities and cultures. It’s all about trying to adapt to client needs and bringing some magic into it. Selling dreams to others is what gets me excited! I have a classic hotel industry background and have taken part in the opening of fashionable lifestyle brands such as Renaissance and Moxy Bordeaux. These were challenging and exceptionally rewarding.”
Larbi
General Manager
Ibis Budget Paris Porte d’Orléans
I started out as a receptionist, then assistant manager and now hotel manager since 2019. During my career, I’ve had the opportunity to take part in several hotel openings: highly motivating challenges! I’m proud to be part of a network with strong values that I share and that make sense to my colleagues on a daily basis. Trust, humility, efficiency, caring for others, sustainability and fun!
Sekou
Dishwasher
Renaissance Bordeaux
“What I like is the teamwork. Being together and having a good atmosphere makes it a pleasure to come into work. I also good  to develop and open up your perspective. I think it’s everyone’s dream is to evolve, to be the best you can and to finally say ‘wow, I never thought I’d go this far’.
Amoujata
Technical Manager,
Novotel Suites Paris Expo Porte de Versailles
I’ve been part of the Hively Hospitality network since 2016 as Technical Manager. I started at a Novotel and then moved on to a Novotel Suites. I was entrusted with the project from start to finish, which was a real challenge because I had to set up everything. They trusted me, and I love finding solutions to technical problems!
Leonardo
Front Desk Manager
AC Hotel Venise
I started at the AC Hotel in Venice in 2018 during the opening of this establishment, and then progressed to Head of Reception. It’s a very dynamic establishment where teams are listened to: we’re trusted and that’s very important to me. Human interaction drives my day, whether it’s with my colleagues or customers from all over the world!
Léa
Floor Manager
Restaurant Gina – Renaissance Bordeaux
“It’s open to everyone even though you may not be specialised,  as long as you’re motivated and passionate. I don’t have a restaurant background but it’s something I really like especially in hotels. There are opportunities to learn, develop and really enjoy what you’re doing which is pretty important given how much time we spend on the job!”
